The week that was...
The last week was pretty amazing. It threw up a lot of surprises...met my sister after ages, managed to finish some part of my portion for my upcoming exams and rested well on the weekend! The highlight of the week was the terrace party on Saturday. Bonding with brethren over cashewnuts and chicken patties (from kyani's!!!) was one of the high points of the week. Also finishing updates of the province website (www.bomjesu.org) brought a lot of satisfaction. NFS is back to haunt and distract me!!! Good pastime though.

Dear Kenrick,
ReplyDeleteGlad to know, hear, of your 'Terrace party'.Next time it will be better...? Am not sure if I should send you a paragraph for posting..on website ? i.e. As the province days approach, would like to say that a) why is our General asking us today about basic Questions about our Priestly & Religious Vocation.? Must be some reason, or thought back of his mind. I wish to point the focus that WE ALL are first JESUITS;and then Priest or Brother,Sch,or Novice who make upp ONE BODY.Our Mission comes first ,then the way each one decides to execute/live it out.I have quotes from Theologians and Kolvenbach that we should not OVERSTRESS the point of "priestly Society"; because in the GC documents its called Religious,Apostolic, and Priestly. Not only Priestly body. Reflect....
